Ø  Taught by Professor Cathy Duncan, leading expert in technical report writing, this is a must have course. Regardless of your skills as an inspector or other, if you have to write as part of your job duties this is unarguably the course that will allow you to maximize your effectiveness in being able to convey and be understood using proper writing skills. Report Writing details the "seven steps” for writing an effective report. Instructors and attendees will work together to create a completely supported inspection report that can be used as a sample for writing future reports.
